The Pendant at Galerie Ron Mandos - Best of Graduates 2020 Exhibition

Mayıs Rukel was invited by curator Radek Vana and the Galerie Ron Mandos team to participate in the 2020 edition of their annual Best of Graduates exhibition in Amsterdam. The show runs from 28 October to 20 November at Galerie Ron Mandos, Prinsengracht 282. The installation includes elements from the original The Pendant tarot deck. The Pendant by Mayis Rukel won the Gerrit Rietveld Academie Awards for Autonomous Arts 2020, selected by this year's jury Charl Landvreugd and Femke Herregraven. It became the final project to receive the award before it was reformatted into Rietveld Review(ed).
